Diet and fitness: lose weight everywhere beside the BUTT?
would this work
losing weight by diet and running ,but doing squads with the help of lifting weight,so that my butt stays BIG ,but everywhere in my body slims down
i have this big issue with my tummy,i have that kuchen that does nt go away due to having a baby.
i am only 22 and i hate it,
please help
